How it works

Every experience comes with the follow-through.

A great session is a start. What makes it last is the work before and after, so that's built into all four.

BeforeA short conversation with the leader, plus any assessments or surveys, so the session fits your people and your work.
In the roomPractical, interactive, and grounded in real situations. On-site or virtual, sized to your group.
AfterA one-page action plan for the group and a 30-day check-in to see what's sticking and what needs a nudge.

Live webinar

Reading the Signs of Change

The focus
How leaders can spot change coming, read how their people are responding, and lead them through it instead of around it.
What we built
A live session, a take-home Field Note for applying the ideas, and a short follow-up email series for participants.

Live webinar

Opening Day Leadership

The focus
Starting strong: how leaders set the tone with their teams at the beginning of a season, a project, or a new role.
What we built
A live, interactive session for leaders across organizations, with practical takeaways to use the next week.

Questions

Good to know before we talk.

How is pricing set?

Signature experiences start at the fees shown and are confirmed in a short written proposal once we know your group size, format, and goals. Custom partnerships are scoped after a discovery conversation and priced as a fixed fee, so there are no surprises.

Can you tailor a workshop to our organization?

Yes. Every experience uses your scenarios, your language, and your team's results. If you need something none of the four covers, that's what custom partnerships are for.

Are assessments included?

CliftonStrengths and Working Genius assessments are purchased per person and listed separately in the proposal. If your people have already taken one, we can use their existing results.

Do you work on-site or virtually?

Both. In-person sessions tend to build connection faster, and virtual works well for shorter sessions and spread-out teams. Travel costs, if any, are agreed in the proposal before anything is booked.

How far ahead should we plan?

Reach out as early as you can. Most experiences need a few weeks for the pre-work conversation, assessments, and tailoring.

What happens after the session?

Your group leaves with a one-page action plan, and we check in at 30 days to see what's sticking. If it makes sense to keep going, we'll talk about next steps then. If not, you'll have what you need.

Next step

Not sure which fits?

Tell us about your team and what you're hoping will change. In thirty minutes we'll point you to the right experience, or tell you if a custom approach makes more sense.
